What equipment do I need to get started?+

Our programs are adaptable to what you have. While a fully equipped gym is great, many programs like the CBK Full Body plan are perfect for a standard home gym (barbell, dumbbells/kettlebells, bands). Each program description clearly lists what you'll need, so you can choose the right fit.

How is this different from the thousands of other online programs?+

This method is built on 20 years of real-world experience, including a 13-year career as a professional athlete. Unlike generic templates that burn you out, we use a proven system to build strength that lasts.
